I've been looking for a pair of patent mules for work to replace an older pair, and have had so much trouble finding something just right. Well, these fit the bill. I'm a seven, and they are true to size. They are dressy enough for work, comfortable (I'm a teacher), and look great with pants or skirts/tights. I was so happy with them, that I purchased the tumbled leather as well. I think I might purchase another pair in the patent, in case I can't find them again after I wear these out!

Love the look of the shoe! But when walking it sounds like I'm wearing flip-flops because it is more of a mule than a shoe. If this shoe had a higher back so it didn't flop around, I would give 5 stars. I will be returning this shoe.

Great flat ! Easy wearing, slip on, comfortable all day at the office or running around on weekends. Toe bed cushion allows for sockless wear without the slip and slide from \'sweaty\' feet. One tiny wish: heal area where bottom of foot rests could be slightly wider...maybe my heal is just too wide but shoe could be less tapered in this area.\r\n

I bought these shoes to go with black jeans, and they are perfect! Love them! The size fits great. I have really big feet, and I'm so thrilled with Zappos and their dressy styles for big feet. Thanks, Zappos!

 |  | I just wanted to thank you for being so wonderful. Last week I ordered a pair of shoes but when I got them home the color didn't match so I needed to return them. What I didn't realize was that when I shipped them back to you, my cell phone charger was also in the box. The last couple of days I have been going crazy looking for it. But to my surprise it showed up today. My UPS driver just dropped off a tiny Zappos box. As I opened the box knowing that I hadn't ordered anything, I was amazed and grateful to find the charger in there. This little gesture just proves how much your company goes above and beyond for their customers and I for one truly, truly appreciate it. When you say "We are always here for you" you really mean it! I love your company, site, and all you stand for and do for your customers. I can't thank you enough for making my day! I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
