Awful! Positive stuff first: It is an attractive shoe. Does nothing for your legs, however. Since it is a box toe, it really cuts you off at the toes. Unfortunately, the attractive shoe is about all it has going for it. I can deal with height and soreness, but I've had more comfortable heels from Payless. The cone shape typically makes heels more comfy, but in this case it gets too narrow at the bottom. The leather on the red pair I ordered wasn't glued down properly on the heel. Very stiff and felt more like a Medium width than Wide. I typically order a wide if I plan on wearing the heels for a long period of time, but it was pointless with this pair. I've tried J. Renee three times now and this was definitely "third strike- you're out" for me.

Zappos makes it easy to buy shoes, handbags, etc. Free shipping both ways, ensures that I won't waste money if I need to return an item. I am happy with the fit and quality of my newest purchase and I am sure I will order from this company again!

I am convinced that I have single-handedly brought your company dozens of new customers because I have pitched your service and selection to women everywhere (especially with difficult sizes!). I cannot express my sincere thanks for the exceptional quality of service and the selection of shoes. Every contact with each sales representative has been exceptional- you have seriously made a great difference my world.
