I love these shoes! They look great with everything, and are the most comfy dress sandals I own. Being tall already (5' 11"), its hard to find great sandals with heels under 4 inches. I got these from DSW though, and they were not on sale. I got them in the brown color, and I always receive compliments when I wear them. I find excuses to wear them everywhere. Usually if I wear sandals with heels anything over 2 inches, I suffer from foot cramps all the next day, but not with these! I am in love!

 |  | Hi there Zappos, I just got my tracking number for a jacket I ordered yesterday, went to the UPS website and saw that it was out for delivery. After placing dozens of orders through Zappos, processing a few returns, and contacting customer service by phone a few times, one would think that my overwhelming love of you guys would wear off. But, it hasn't; it only gets more intense with every positive experience (which has been each and every Zappos experience I've had). Anyway, I think you should have a testimonial submission function on your site – I would probably fill one out after every order.
