These sandals are painfully sexy! They pinch and are so stiff from the moment you slip them on. These shoes were a total splurge and couldn't wait to get them, but after five steps across my living room floor, I was practically dying to get them off! I love Max Studio shoes and was surprised the leather toe strap was stiff and narrow. The inner soles had no cushion or support, and the ankle strap felt as though they would have left a nasty blister had I worn them longer. They're stunning to look at, but not comfortable at all. I returned them.

 |  | I know many times all you hear about are complaints, but this note is just to let you know that out of all my experiences with websites and purchasing online (which I do a lot of), your website, your ordering process, and your return process is the easiest I have ever experienced. I just a placed an order, and it was just like “1, 2, 3,” and I had made my purchase. I have ordered from you before, and unfortunately had to make some returns, but it was a breeze to return. Don't think I will ever purchase shoes from another retailer again. Thank you for such pleasant experiences!!
