Shoe Arch: Moderate arch support
Mizuno is the best. Zappos, your shipping rocks! Downsides: the silver really looks much more metallic (shiny) in person. Upsides: one of the lightest Mizunos out there; Mizuno always has good stability and stick. Sizing: womens have much bigger selection, so guys use size conversion correctly, a W12 = M10.75.

CAUTION...I ordered this exact pair in my normal size 12 that I've always worn since I was 14 years old, but they showed up and were far too small. It felt so tight when I put them on. I suggest either trying them on first or ordering a half size bigger.

 |  | Dear Zappos, I am a very happy customer. I wanted to write and tell you HOW MUCH. I have spent thousands of dollars on shoes from Zappos online in the past few years. I live near an outlet and have only been there once. I buy shoes for everyone; me, my husband, my grandkids. I have NEVER had a bad experience at Zappos, never been refused wonderful and courteous service. There is no one out there in the world that I know of who has the customer service you do. It is unparalleled and the reason people come back and back. Zappos is successful in every way because of the customer service. Shoes can be bought anywhere. Customer happiness cannot. I have several stores and online sites that I will never shop at again because of customer service. I only give a place of business, including restaurants, one time to mess up.
