Ahh, what to say about these Uggs. Well, for starters I'd like to applaud Zappos for having these Uggs delivered in less than three business days. And although they weren't the color I was expecting, I absolutely love them. By far the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn (I've worn quite a lot of shoes, by the way). I'd definitely recommend them to everyone and can't wait to get my next pair.

Great color, cozy boot. Ordered according to sizing instructions but wished the sizes were more spot on, would have liked a WEE bit more room for thicker socks. Nice lining though, so not a big problem. Great customer service on this site, no problem with orders at all!

Picked the Terracotta, and oh wow, those are the cutest ever. Bought them in 6 instead of my usual 6 1/2. Makes a perfect fit. I like to fold them down, yet Uggs put their name right there, so I had to cut it off. Was the only thing I did not like to have to do. But it went fine; now I can wear them up or folded down. Fabulous boot, a bit pricey, worth it though, when you consider the service you get with Zappos. Unequaled !

I found that these boots run totally true to size. I wear an 8, and after reading the recommendation to buy a smaller size, I was planning to order a size 7, but then inadvertently clicked on the 8 anyway. I called Zappos, and after finding that the size 7 was out of stock, chose to see how the 8s fit when they arrived, and return them if necessary (thanks to Zappos' hassle-free return policy [yes!]). The boots arrived the next day (yes!) and the size 8 was a perfect fit. I wonder if the recommendation for buying a smaller size is related to Australian sizing. If these boots were sized according to Australian sizing, I think a size 8 would be too big; I have bought Australian shoes made and sold in Australia, and they usually are too big if I buy my regular size (8 or 39). These boots fit great, are comfortable, and the eggplant is a delicious color.

This is my first pair of uggs and after receiving them and trying them on I can say it will not be my last. They are soooo comfortable and look adorable. After reading the reviews, I decided to order a smaller size. They make my feet look super small. I love that. Thanks again for great customer service.

These Ugg boots are cute, comfortable and warm! The sizing guidelines may throw you off a bit - they are "true to size" like other Ugg boots. (I followed the sizing guide and had to return the boots and order up a size.) Worth every penny!

This is my third pair of Uggs (1st pair of classic shorts). The sand color is so pretty. They are the most comfortable shoes that I own. They actually make winter a little more bearable. Zappos is great; ordered them on Friday and received them on Monday!

The Ugg short classic is one of my favorite boots, so comfortable and cozy. I got this last pair in the pacific color and they are a gorgeous teal blue. Love them. I am a size 7 1/2 to 8, but wear a 7 in this type of boot.

I am an Uggs fan. A great and comfy boot that you can throw on without socks. Okay, I am old. These boots are seen on every teenager, coast to coast. But frankly, I don't care if they are inappropriate footwear for me, because of the above mentioned facts. I love Uggs. And I will keep loving Uggs until I am an old, old woman.

Love my Uggs. The color is not quite as orange as I was expecting, but nice anyway. The size is a little small. I wear a 7.5, so they recommended a 6 for me. I'm hoping once the fur inside gets a little worn in, they will be perfect.

Love these. The terra cotta is different from the sea of chestnuts, but it still goes with everything. I wear them all the time. I usually wear an 8 - 8.5, but ordered these in 7 and they're perfect.

This is my second pair of Uggs for myself and bought my Mom a pair last year. After reading the reviews I ordered a size smaller for mine and also the pair I bought as a gift and they fit perfect! These are the MOST comfortable shoes you will ever put on your feet. I\'m looking forward to picking up a pair of the slippers. Only wish I could get the Classic short in the light pink color! I bought the Terracotta color this time which will be perfect for Autumn. You will not regret getting a pair. The bonus free overnight shipping was wonderful since I also ordered my husband a pair of work boots that he needed right away, he is 100% happy with his work boots also.

I am so excited for my new pair of Uggs!! Awesomely comfortable, perfect arch support, and the fluffies stay nice and fluffy :] I cannot wait for my terracotta Uggs, and I am hoping that they are true to color.

These are the best boots ever made. I love my Uggs; they are so comfortable it feels like you are wearing slippers. They have so many colors to choose from. I just ordered the new Pacific and Terracotta Uggs. Can't wait to receive them, the last pair I got was the tomato and I'm the center of all eyes when I wear them. Zappos, you are the best with your items and, of course, your fast shipping methods.

These boots are sooo comfortable! I wish I could wear them everyday and everywhere. This color is really vibrant and cool for the spring. The dye comes off though and that’s not really good, but overall I would definitely recommend these.

Basic warmth -
The Classic provides slipper-like comfort and basic warmth. This is not the boot for you if you're looking to keep extra warm and dry or safe on a slippery or snow-covered surface. Traction is not something this boot has to offer. The sole is also the thinnest of the Uggs and does not give you much insulation between the sole of your foot and the surface below you. Great shoe for better weather, though!

Another pair of Uggs...
I ordered the Rum Raisin Uggs shortly after getting a pair in Chestnut because I loved them so much. I mostly wear them like slippers hanging around the house because they do get dirty easily no matter how much you spray them. I suggest getting both the cleaner and protectant right off...you'll need them. Although they run a full size too large, you will find that they are all over the place on sizing. I have 4 pairs of size 7 Uggs and none of them are actually the same size. I normally wear a size 8 in other shoes. When my Chestnut Uggs arrived, they felt more like a size 9 than a 7. When the Rum Raisin pair arrived, they felt more like a 6 than a 7. They have since stretched and fit nicely, but the Chestnut pair fits best if I wear them with socks. I'm just saying that the sizing is inconsistent and all over the place even if you do order a size smaller than usual. Great shoes other than that!

Fab Uggs FAST from Zappos!
Love these boots...bought the Ugg Protector Kit to insure that the color didn't run (looks like it’s helping so far... haven't worn beige with them yet!). FAST Shipping, too. They are just a bit looser than I would like, but I couldn't wait to exchange them. Warm, comfy and cozy, I just love these boots. Overall rating: 5 Stars!

The color of these boots is great! It’s really different + looks good with a grey sweater.. Sizes run big, get a size smaller than usual... Since the boots are a darker color they don’t get as dirty and they keep your feet really warm...

Best. Shoes. Ever.
I have been hesitant, for a while now, to purchase a pair of Uggs. The cost, the cut, the "popularity" of these strange Australian shoes really turned me off. But finally I caved, and after much debate with a few Ugg owners that I knew, I bit the bullet, bought my first pair of Uggs and now I never want to take them off. I go out of my way now to buy things to match and sometimes just go around looking like a crazy lunatic because I love my Uggs so much. They are the most comfortable boots I have ever worn I want them in every style and every color.

Love the Rum Raisin Color!
As expected, these Uggs boots are very comfortable & warm. They run a bit large & wide, though, so keep that in mind when choosing a size. The new rum raisin color is really beautiful & looks great with jeans, fall outfits, etc.

I have never once had a bad experience with Zappos.com and have found even returning a product is pain-free. Many people find buying shoes online to be a process that is a hassle based on shipping costs and not getting a chance to see the shoe actually on their foot, but you have done a tremendous job not only making shipping easy, and FREE, but also providing a number of angles for a shoe online so it can best be represented without physically holding it. I have purchased numerous shoes, sandals and boots from Zappos over the years and have never once been disappointed.
