THEY FIT!!! My husband is difficult to please and has a narrow foot so I am always ordering and returning shoes for him but he was quite happy when these shoes actually fit him. One drawback is he likes shoes that are solid in color but he is dealing. They are great for our area which is located in mountains with creeks, he is always getting wet so was looking for a shoe that would dry quickly...

 |  | I don't normally use exclamation points in my correspondence, but Zappos.com has taken my breath away with your delivery service. And I don't normally use teen-age expressions, but all I can say is OMG!!!!!!!!!!!! You rock!!!!!!!!!! Last week, I ordered shoes, and received one pair the very next day. The other shoes came the day after that. Sadly, none of them fit, and I had to return them all. Yesterday, I notified you of the return, printed out my FREE return shipping labels, and ordered one style in a different size. Today, I returned the shoes at a UPS store, and by the time I had returned home, my new shoes were on my doorstep! How do you do it? Is it a unique connection in the time/space continuum between your warehouse and Texas? However you do it, I am so impressed, and will tell all my friends about your wonderful, amazing service.
