I love my boots. They are really comfortable and look just the way they are pictured. They look great with boot cut jeans.

These boots are great; soft, stylish and very comfortable. I got them mostly so I have something less dressy to wear with my jeans. They look great with any cut (skinny, boot, flare, straight).

Finally boots that are comfortable! I am very picky and find these boots to be very comfortable and fashionable. A bit pricey, but worth it. The boots don't look cheap. They are attractive in slimming jeans. I love that the heel is well constructed, it is sturdy and yet does not affect the comfort of the boot. The boot being pure leather sold me as well. Just picked these up today and am a very happy camper.

I really like these shoes. I found them to be real comfortable. The first time I wore them I ended up walking all day and they didn't hurt at all. I'm usually a size 8, but got a 7 and a half and it fits perfectly. But it really just depends on whether you like your boots a little snug or have a little more space for your toes.

An early review but an important thought -
I just received my shoes and while I find it extremely comfy, relaxing, and easy to pull on feel dressy/casual, I haven't walked around in them yet. The reason being: Note that these, while marked as a "man-made sole" are the type of boot where it's best you have them soled at a shoe shop before wearing. The sole they have looks a little like wood but doesn't last seconds on a sidewalk. This hasn't diminished my love-at-first-sight with these boots but it's something to keep in mind. You'll pay a lot for these cute shoes (but I'm thinking they're worth it!) but to keep them great cute shoes, get them soled for their own longevity. It'll be worth it.

I've dealt with several via phone doing some shoe shopping, and they're always, always, always cheerful and they personalize the conversation. Your staff seems to enjoy their work and makes shopping online/exchanging via phone a breeze. The VIP overnight shipping is great too, but I could do without that as long as your staff continued their positive, personal service to customers.
