It's my everything bag! Books, laptop or running shoes, this is a great bag! Comfy, strong and looks "The North Face" stylish! Love the pockets and zipper; can't beat it!

I love this bag! I bought this bag to go with my North Face backpack and I adore it! It was supposed to be just a school bag, but it has easily become my everyday bag. Quality material, straps are great and I love that it can fold up! Great price for a great bag!

I actually really like this bag. I wasn't sure if I would because the pictures they show; I would prefer more, but it does everything it says. It even folds into a pocket. I use it as a bookbag and I was convinced it would rip and it didn't and the straps are very soft. I would definitely buy a different color. I have the black one.

This is such a great bag!! I ordered chute green and the color shown on the site is accurate. The bag is roomy, comfortable on the shoulder and overall good quality. Very happy with it!

I originally purchased this purse to be used as a backpack. It now functions as my everyday bag. School folders will fit in it along with small books and purse essentials. I also like the number of pockets as there are not so many that I lose stuff. The only thing that I don't like about this bag is that it is not waterproof.

Purchased this bag for a vacation to Caribbean to replace my purse and absolutely loved it! Has plenty of space, lots of zippered pockets for securing small items, and folds up into a small pouch for easy storage! Material is like rip-stop nylon that won't tear easily or pick up dirt. Bag has heavy duty straps, but well-made and very comfortable. I was tempted to use this as my regular purse rather than switching back to my high-priced leather one when I got home! Highly recommend this product for travel or everyday use!

 |  | You're pretty awesome. Let me count the ways: 1. You make it easy for me to find great shoes. That should be enough. BUT I SOLDIER ON. 2. Pretty darn good website. There are lil' bugs here and there (sometimes narrowing a search doesn't totally work, but for the most part it does), but comparing you folks to some other nightmarish sites I've used, especially with the sheer amount of product you have for me to see...well done. 3. Convenience. HOLY CONVENIENCE, BATMAN! Much like Ian McKaye of the band Fugazi, I am a patient boy, I'll wait, I'll wait, I'll wait, I'll wait. But when I order from you I don't have to. I've had shoes get to me so fast I actually thought there must have been a mistake because it got to me TOO quickly. Guys, that is some serious service. This is why I buy shoes exclusively from you. 4. Customer Service. I had a store credit recently, but like an idiot, I deleted the email with the credit code. I called up and talked to a totally friendly, funny, helpful guy. He said he'd take care of emailing me the code and all would be right with the world. OH NOES! The email, actually never showed up. So I called back and spoke with a totally friendly, funny, helpful girl (with a completely pretty voice, I'll be honest) and she got me a coupon code while I was on the phone (THAT'S good turnaround) and explained that there were the dreaded *technical difficulties* and the other dude didn't actually screw up. Guys, I've never talked to a company on the phone and ended with such a good feeling. I have friends that I don't enjoy talking to on the phone that much. Close friends. Is it ok if I just call to talk sometime? I'm kidding. Maybe. 5. You ALL seem to have a sense of humor. You guys are frakkin' funny! Your email, any of the “dig deeper” sort of stuff (blogs, joke of the day, etc.). That is beyond refreshing, thank you so much :) Honestly, as long as you guys are around, you got my bidness.
