I wear a narrow and it feels a little roomier than it should, but the heel is narrow enough and that's a big deal for me. I have a problem finding shoes that aren't too loose in the heel. I bought them to wear with pants and love the look. Also, the heel height is very comfortable and stable.

What happened to Naturalizer sizes??
I ordered this shoe in my regular size (as I do with all Zappos shoes except running shoes) and they were way too tight, too snug. Sent them back and did not want to try next size up.

Great Shoe -
I love this shoe! It has the look of a boot, but is easy to slip on and off. The heel height is just right; easy to walk in. I also LOVE shopping with Zappos! I always appreciate the fast service, and great return policy. Needing a wide width it can be hard to find stylish shoes, but you have solved that problem!

I ordered this shoe in dark brown, in a narrow width and really have found them to be most comfortable. Thank you Zappos for your overnight delivery! You make shoe shopping better than going to the store.

PERFECT FIT AND PERFECT LOOK -
I have never been disappointed with any shoes purchased through ZAPPOS. I have a very small foot (Size 4) and ZAPPOS is the only place that can accomodate me. The variety of styles, heel height and comfortability leave me wanting more shoes. I ONLY shop at ZAPPOS!

 |  | Dear Zappos, My daughter (Morgan) is a student at Ohio State University.
Approximately one month ago she had emergency gall bladder surgery. On Tuesday, September 15th, she had a follow up with her surgeon before she was to leave to move into her dorm on Thursday, September 17th. At the appointment, the surgeon advised that under no circumstances was she to lift over ten pounds until the end of October. We were told to that she would have to use a rolling book bag. My friend highly recommended Zappos.com. On Tuesday, September 15th, Morgan and I picked out a book bag from Zappos. Morgan was so anxious to place her online order, she did not choose the priority shipping option. I called Zappos within 15 minutes of her placing the order. Your customer service rep was very kind and far exceeded my customer service expectations by making me a VIP and offering to waive the
overnight fee. I was very impressed and very grateful. The bag arrived overnight as promised, but it was too small. I hated to return the book bag because your rep had been so kind. Yesterday, a beautiful get well bouquet arrived at our home for Morgan. It was from Zappos! There is no way I will return that bag without picking something else out from Zappos. In addition, I want EVERYONE to know what a wonderful company you are. I am so impressed and cannot thank you enough Zappos! Also, thank you for giving me the e-mail address to send my feedback.
