Just great! I ordered these shoes on Monday afternoon and they were at my door Tuesday afternoon. They are great looking and so comfortable! I am going to Europe soon and needed something stylish and a shoe that would take me through the cobblestone streets of Paris without my feet aching at the end of the day. Am so thankful I checked with Zappos. Love the shoe and the service at Zappos can't be beat!

 |  | Zappos Customer Service, You probably hear mostly from people with complaints. I wanted to take a moment to send some positive feedback. Every order I have placed with Zappos has been a good experience. Many times you upgrade the shipping on your own and I have the item overnight (as occurred with an order I placed yesterday - the item is out for delivery already!) I am in business and know that that is not something you have to do; so I just wanted to say thank you. It's little things like that that make a good service a great service.
