I love Zappos but am disappointed with these Bass loafers. They are my size but slip off my heel as I walk and the stitching is painful. I\'ve tried to stretch them at the painful part and put inserts to help the fit, but nothing has helped. Generally, when I buy my size I can put shoes on and be OK. I\'ve had Bass sandals so I thought these would be good.

I like the style and the look; I particularly like the lower-cut front, much classier than the usual loafer. The fit is fairly good, although the heel is too deep causing the back of the shoes to rub the back of my feet unless I wear them with heel cushions. Was planning to purchase a second pair in another color, but am now not sure.

I love the shoes, but should have heeded the warning and ordered them at least one size smaller. They were a bit big when they arrived, but I thought they would be OK. Unfortunately, as I've worn them they've gotten bigger.

These shoes are super cute, but really hard to fit correctly. My normal shoe size is 9 1/2 and I had to go down to an 8 1/2 with these as I will not be wearing socks with them. They are a little small in the toe area, but hopefully they will stretch out with wear. Zappos was awesome, shipping me multiple sizes so I could see what worked.

I like these shoes very much. The only negative is that although my true size is 10 1/2, I always have to get an 11. But these shoes fit me (with a fairly thick sock) in a 10! So don't order larger, go down a size instead. My husband says they make my feet look small! I don't hear that too often.

This style of shoe is great for work; however, if you usually don't wear this style be ready for some discomfort. I suggest you get a gel insole for these as the padding is ultra thin. It will take a couple of days for you to get them stretched out as they are leather. I have a wider foot and ordered the double wide. Fantastic except if you have a slimmer heel they fall off constantly; you must wear thick socks.

I originally ordered these shoes, then ordered a different style. I ended up keeping these because they are so comfortable. A little retro, too. That\'s why I love them!

This is a really cute shoe. I read reviews about sizing and ordered it in size 10 and size 11. (I usually wear a 10 1/2). The size 10 was a good width, but my big toe pressed against the toe of the shoe and the size 11 was too wide and too long. So while I really liked the cute low cut loafer shoe, I had to return both sizes. I do think, however, that if the shoe came in a size 10 1/2, it would be a fairly good fit. Zappos shipped the shoes immediately when ordered and when I requested return authorization, that confirmation was provided immediately as well. I never hesitate to order shoes that I need to try on for fit as it is never a problem to return or exchange for correct fit. I love Zappos!

This shoe is "the bomb"! Instantly comfortable and stylish. Looks so good on my foot. I bought the shoe in black, but came back to order the other two colors. When you find a shoe like this one, good fit, comfortable and so nice looking, get them while you can. As just about everyone said in their comments, the shoe does run a 1/2 size long so I heeded the advice to order it a 1/2 size smaller than I usually wear. It fits perfectly.

This is a classically good looking shoe. I usually wear a size 6 1/2, but ordered the 1/2 size down for the best fit.

I ordered shoes from Zappos and they were delivered the very next day. Unfortunately, I needed to return them for a smaller size; I called Zappos - they sent a new pair and I received them the following day. Returning the original pair was free and so easy- I used the return label provided and brought it to a UPS store. I have told many friends about Zappos and their awesome customer service and great selection of quality footwear.

These loafers are so comfortable and cute that I am considering ordering them in other colors. I would recommend ordering a half size down like others have mentioned. I usually wear a 9.5, and ordered a 9 and it fit perfectly.

These shoes are so comfortable. I wear a size 9, and the pair I bought feel a little large on me. Still, they have great support and cushioning. Great quality. Love them.
