This bag is so beautiful, I'm crazy for it. The color is so nice and the shape and size are so comfortable for carrying the bag all day long. A great buy for this season. Zappos service was excellent as always.

This bag is worth every single penny! I am absolutely in love with it. Rests nicely on your shoulder. Holds so much! Love it!

I have this bag in the smaller size wine color and the larger size color block from last year. I absolutely love this bag! The color is amazing and I think it will be quite versatile. And Zappos Customer Service is absolutely amazing! I ordered this bag yesterday afternoon and it's getting delivered today already! And free of charge! Love Zappos! Keep up the good work!

This is the best bag I ever bought. Lives up to its already stellar rep. Roomy comfortable and easy to use despite it being a hobo. You really have easy access to cell etc.

 |  | I just called Zappos to ask questions about shoe width (I need a wider size) and a rep helped me to find some boots that come in wide sizes, of which I ordered two pair. She was very helpful and friendly, and also upgraded me to VIP status. I'm THRILLED that my order will come tomorrow! And my return will be sped up as well. Thanks to the rep for doing a great job!
