I am a huge Zappos fan, so this may be a very partial review. Once again, I must say that the customer service is excellent. My new mantra is why bother shopping at a shoe store when you get such efficient service and advice from Zappos? Exchanges are so easy and problem free. No hassles EVER plus customer service reps that really know their subject matter.\r\n\r\nMy Naturalizers are great. I purchased them b/c a friend of mine raves about their comfort. I needed a nice pair of short boots to wear under slacks. They fit true to size, look great, and are so functional. Church one day, work one day, casual wear the next...it is like they morph into whatever you need them to be! They are extremely comfortable and a perfect fit from day one.

What's up with the narrow Naturalizer?
It was listed wide, but then also C. But the C is really regular, and it is regular. I was searching for wide. I tried an extra half size bigger too from a suggestion, but that wasn't the problem. Usually Naturalizers are nice and wide.

I normally wear a 6 1/2 wide, but it wasn\'t available in the color I wanted so I ordered a 7 wide. It fits like I expect a 7 wide would fit, which is a little big, but just fine with socks.

I have two different sized feet (8 & 8.5) a hemi-toe implant and wide feet with bunion surgery x3. Needless to say, shoe shopping online is tought. Glad I took a chance with these, ordered 8.5 (C/Wide) and with an sole insert in the smaller foot they fit great. The C wide enough but if you are between wide and extra-wide I would order down. They are wonderful, comfortable with a nice stable heel but still look stylish. I wore them for 5 hours straight, a record for me. Highly recommend.

Thought the boot ran true to size and width. A little stiff but think it will loosen up once broken in. A nice basic boot of medium quality.

This is one of the most comfortable shoes I've worn. The style is great, and the top of the boot is nice and wide, adding comfort above the ankle.

Running Narrow?
I ordered these boots to wear with slacks this winter and was surprised to find that they seem to run narrow. I've re-ordered in one size larger and wide width. Thank you Zappos.com for carrying sizing options. Aside from the sizing issue, the boots are very well-made, comfortable and feel very stable when walking. I'm eager for the larger size to arrive and hope they're keepers. I'll leave another review when they arrive.

These shoes look great, but the 8.5WW I ordered was shockingly narrow. I have had great success with Naturalizer in the past, but these were terrible.

Very cute comfy boot that runs true to size. It almost felt too comfy in that it was pretty "soft". It could have used more structure and stability. It's hard to explain, but I felt like my foot was moving all around in the front area as I walked. The leather pulled at the seam across the front, which was the other reason I did not keep this boot.

These boots are just great! They are extremely comfortable and I feel like I could walk all day in them. I love the style and they work perfectly with pants. I ended up buying the same pair in brown because I liked them so much.

My Naturalizer Cole boots are perfect! I like the soft and supple leather, the interesting stitching detail that makes my feet look smaller, the ample goring for stretch, and the style that is somewhere between rugged and refined. The thoughtful padding inside offers terrific arch support; I can’t wait to walk a few miles in these boots.

Nice boots. Require some breaking in, but getting more comfortable with every wear. The ball below my big toe rubs a little bit, but less so each time I wear them. The heel height is just right for dressy and casual. I wear a size 11, and the rounded toe makes my foot look a little smaller (but not disproportionately so).

The short boots are great! They arrived in a timely manner, fit fine and are comfortable. Since I don\'t walk well I really appreciate shopping at home when the products are of such good quality.

I have a hard time finding boots in a size 10W, so these looked pretty promising when I found them on line. I have purchased and worn the Naturalizer brand before, but not this particular style. I was expecting 4-5 day delivery, my delivery was upgraded and I actually got them pretty much next day. I was thrilled. The fit was a little snug across the top of my feet, but since all but the toe is a fairly soft leather they have a bit of give to them and they are not so snug as to be painful. I wear them 4 out of 5 days a week. All in all it was a great find for me. For you Beatles fans, I was told by Co-workers that they look like Beatle Boots.

I love the sleek, classic look, narrow fit, and shorter heel that makes this shoe comfortable to wear to work. These shoes are definately going to be one of my fall favorites!
