I have been looking for boots for about 5 years.The problem has always been finding size 4.5. I am so happy that Zappos has my size. These boots look, feel and fit great. They seem to run true to size. I am thrilled that I found a pair of boots that are keepers on the first try. Next time I am looking for footwear I will look at Zappos especially since they have free shipping both ways in case they don\'t fit. Thank you for a great shopping experience.

Just bought these boots in black. They are amazing. Very comfortable, classy, not too tall. Heel is nice and stable feeling. I have an average arch and foot width and the M fits perfect, a little snug but form to my foot well. If you have a wide foot, may want to go with W. True to size. Am considering buying them in other colors.

This boot is both sexy and comfortable! The leather is soft and the narrow fit is perfect. I have worn this boot to an all-day event and was able to keep them on all day. I\'m thinking about buying another pair in a different color.

I wear a true size 6 and often go up in size because I like a wider shoe (comfort) I often order a 6 1/2. In this boot I stayed with a 6 and it fit and feels great. It has a low enough heel that I can wear this with jeans or dress it up. I like it and the comfort is great.

These boots smell delicious, feel silky and supple, and fit beautifully! I have big ol' feet and the bow (not usually my taste) is wonderful for visually breaking up the line of my foot. These are comfortable, form-fitting (yet fit over slim jeans), and just sexy enough. A really nice choice.

I love these boots! I have always been hesitant to pay the money for leather boots, so this my first pair. They weren't cheap, but they are beautiful and very comfortable. They also seem well-made, so I am hopeful they will last a long time.

I got these in Bordo. They fit my fairly wide calves really well, which might be an issue for more narrow legged people. I have medium to wide feet and they pinched my toes at first, but stretched to fit pretty quickly. I did add a bit of padding in the toe (which thankfully there was room for), and now they are not so bad. They got a bit dinged up within the first couple of times I wore them though, so I hope that's something I can fix. Overall, a beautiful looking boot, and I have received many compliments.

Love these boots. They are absolutely gorgeous; not too formal to wear with jeans and a sweater, but nice enough to wear with a skirt and look fantastic. I ordered these a few weeks ago, but I wanted to wait until I had made it through a whole day of work wearing them before posting a review (and ordering a second pair in brown). These are quite possibly the most comfortable heeled boots I've ever owned. I have weird feet with bunions that make many heels terribly painful for me, but as another reviewer mentioned, the arch support on these is so good, the weight is distributed very well and the balls of my feet don't hurt at all. I often find boots with such a cute-shaped toe end up being too narrow at the toe box and are painful. I ordered this boot in wide, and it fits like a dream. Really, they simply couldn't fit any better or be any more comfortable. They're amazing. I have 17" soccer calves and ordered a size 8.5. It was a bit of a struggle to get them zipped over jeans, but the leather seems to be stretching a little, which is great. As another reviewer commented, the heel itself is covered in leather, which gives it a very classy look, but it does make me a little nervous about wear and tear. Still, these are the best boots I've ever owned, and can't wait to get my brown pair.

After having ordered shoes (which didn't fit) online a number of years ago with a hefty charge for their return, I was very skeptical about trying Zappos. To my delight these boots fit beautifully & are just as comfortable as they are classy.

My new go-to boots for everything. After trying 7 pairs of boots, these are it! I'm going to wear them to work and on the weekend, with skirts or jeans or suits. They have really great arch support so weight is distributed across your entire foot, not just pressing on the balls of your feet. The Wide is quite wide (which made them too wide for my heel) and even the shaft is wider. Nice shape to them, too.

So cute and very comfortable. My only complaint is that the color is not what I expected. I got the bordo color and was expecting a deep brown or even a burnt brown, but when I opened it I thought they were deep purple. I thought maybe it was just the light in my room, but in sunlight it was the same. They have more of a burgundy/purplish color that I wouldn't describe as brown. I wore them with an orangish sweater the first time and actually thought they clashed a bit. However, I'm keeping them because they are really cute and the most comfortable boots I own.

Nice boot. The side button and detail are a nice touch. The calf fits a little loose on my leg. I normally wear a size 8 AA, and ordered this size. The fit is good other than the calf. Zappos is usually very quick to ship. However, I ordered this boot on 10/02 (early afternoon) and did not receive the order until 10/07/09 (mid-afternoon). I was not impressed with the Zappos shipment, but the boot is a keeper.

These boots are fabulous! They are made of soft leather and have a very comfortable heel for walking. There is no pinching on my toes! The fit if great in the calf area.

I have had a lot of trouble finding boots to fit my wider "athletic" calves (by the way, I think they look quite normal, thank you very much) and narrow ankles. I finally gave up looking in stores and turned to the internet. I bought these with the wide shaft and finally I have tall boots that fit! They are actually wider than my calf by about an inch, but I'm okay with that. Also, I am happy to report that hey do not bunch at my narrow ankles! Just in case you have a similar situation, my calves are between 15.25" and 15.5" around. I am 5'4" and usually wear between a 7.5 or 8 and I ordered these in a size 8. I am glad I went with the 8. The leather is very soft and nice. Not shiny looking at all, which I like. I am a teacher and these boots are the perfect height, tall enough to be dressy for skirts and I can still stand in them and work comfortably.
