Overall a nice shoe. I am a small size 6 and I found the 36\'s too loose without socks. That\'s the main reason I\'m returning them. They are reasonably comfortable and cute, but I wasn\'t totally wowed by them. If they fit better I might have kept them.

Sweet shoes! These are perfect. I did not follow the advice to size down and I'm glad I did not. I ordered my usual 39 (8) and they fit perfectly. Comfortable and stylish right out of the box. (I got the black madras leather.) Zappos as usual upgraded me to overnight shipping for free. Zappos knows that instant gratification will keep me coming back for more. These are very comfortable to walk in, and a good stylish basic mule to wear everywhere and with everything. They are destined to become my everyday shoes.

This shoe looks good with pantsuits. It is comfortable for about 8 hours at the maximum. These shoes cost more, but are not as comfortable as the Sonya by Dansko. Save your money.

It's my own mistake in purchasing the patent leather instead of the matte black finish, so my big ol' size 41 feet look bigger in these rather clunky clogs. Matte black would be boring, sure but a bit more practical for the price. I should have remembered that with black tights, the matte black would be better, too. That said, these are very comfortable to wear. I need solid support, and Naot always provides that. Stylish, eh not so much. Comfy and OK for hours on your feet, YES.

Years ago I owned a pair of NAOT clogs in black leather similar to these. They were my favorite. Unfortunately,I was never able to find another pair from any brand that offered the style and exceptional comfort until this shoe. It is exactly what I was looking. It is also true to size. Thank you Zappos!

I have the Wine Patent Leather style and it is a beauty! Very dressy! Naot’s advice to get a size smaller than your usual size is right on. I usually wear a 38, but the 37 in this fit perfectly. I don’t know why the item description says this shoes runs on the narrow side because I have a wide foot, and the width of this shoe fits perfectly. I usually can’t wear a higher heel, but I can with this shoe.

I bought this shoe because I wanted a clog that was dressier and more feminine than Danskos. They are very well made and comfortable compared to a dress shoe with similar heel height, but please be aware that they are still a little clunky.

Feels Like a Dream!
I am really thrilled with these shoes. I bought them because even though they have a higher price, I really value comfort that is combined with style and good craftsmanship. The first time I wore these shoes was to a museum and I was on my feet for about 4 hours and these shoes made me feel comfortable the entire time. They've got great arch support and the sole is thick enough to cushion your foot as you walk. I am really pleased.

I just bought a pair of the black patent. I love them. They are very nice and comfortable. I do, however, feel that they are too wide for my narrow feet which may be a reason to possibly go for a smaller size to counteract the fact that they are so wide. Having ordered them online I just kept them, besides a smaller size may not fix the problem as they could end up to short. I do wear them with sox and they are just fine but wish they were narrower that's all. Overall I am happy and would by Naot shoes again. Thanks! PS: The look is to kill for.

I purchased the shiny black patent and they are beautiful and very comfortable. My feet are wide so usually I have difficulty finding a comfortable fit unless I purchase a more expensive shoe. Great fit, great look, good value.

Naot's Dream is truly a dream!
I love my new shoes. They are comfortable. Although the website said they ran a little big, I ordered my usual size and they are a perfect fit.

Great look but no dream -
I love the look of the shoe and get compliments (many think it is a boot). I have very narrow feet and a high arch and thought this shoe would be great after the notation that it runs narrow and some of the comments and reviews I read. It is not uncomfortable, but it is not would I would have expected for a Naot and the price. It is not a dream! In fact I put my arch supports in them! Not what I was looking for when paying a premium for a comfortable shoe.

This is my first pair of Naot shoes (from another customer's brand recommendation) and I love them! They look great and are incredibly comfortable. They are my new "go to" pair with jeans and pants. The description says they accommodate a more narrow foot, but they fit my very medium width just fine. The leather has excellent "give". No breaking-in required. Nice and roomy, but tailored, in the toe. I did need to order up a size; I am normally a 39 in clogs and needed a 40. They were expensive, but worth it. I will try other Naot shoes.

They are just OK -
They are comfortable but not as comfortable as I thought they would be. They are a bit clunky and difficult to walk in/keep on than other mules I have.

I am sending back because the patent grey is not the right shade and a bit more crinkly than I pictured. They fit a narrow foot much better than most clogs and are very comfortable. The 8 is perfect for my 8-8 1/2 size. They arrived in 2 days.

I always wear clogs. These are gorgeous and comfortable. I would prefer a slightly lower heel though. I love the look of them. I have a wide foot and short toes and found these to be comfortable but I wouldn't say they're super wide.

I was a little disappointed with these shoes and would have sent them back if my dog would not have destroyed the box and chewed on the shoes. I own a pair of Noat summer sandals that are fabulous and was hoping for the same with another style of Naot. They are comfortable, but I tend to go over on my ankle frequently. They aren't very supportive!

The naot shoe is nice looking and comfortable. It was not a true size 4 shoe. It felt more like a 5 1/2 and it's a little heavy in weight. But a got lots of compliment at work at the style of the shoe. It is very comfortable!

Really a Dream of a shoe -
I am a fan of Naot footwear. The Dream fit past experiences with Naot. I purchased it in the bronze leather and find it goes with everything from my evening wear wide leg pants to jeans and even dresses. I have a number of shoes from this manufacturer. All have been size 37 so I decided to get these in the same size. I wear size 37 or 38 in other shoes with European lasts. I was not disappointed with the fit. They are very comfortable for me. I have difficult feet and need good support and some cushion. These Dreams, keep my feet well "rested". As for the look, I would classify them as both trendy and classic: a perfect combination. This was my first purchase from Zappos. I was delighted. Zappos far exceeded my expectations in every way. I look forward to making more purchases with confidence in the future.

Great Shoe!
Love this shoe - I bought it in 2 colors. I have just recently started wearing Naot shoes because I read that they were good for back problems. It may be "all in my head", but the good arch support does seem to help. I usually wear a size 6 1/2 to 7 and have found the size 37 fits me well. They are a bit pricey, but still cheaper than a chiropractor!

The most comfortable shoe I own -
This is the most comfortable shoe I own, I have recommended this shoe and Zappos to at least 15 people in the past few days. As suggested I did buy a smaller size and was grateful this advice was posted. These shoes are well worth it.

This is a gorgeous shoe and I love how it looks, very chic yet casual. I am still trying it out. I have a right big toe that has some arthritis and the shoe has not yet "molded" to my foot. The molding feature is a big reason I bought these shoes. Also, socks do not work well with these shoes. It seems to me that I really need the traction that a bare foot has on the insole to insure an easy walk.

Naot wins again!
After trying to find a comfortable pair of dress black boots and not succeeding, I decided to buy these. Being a Naot lover I am again delighted! Comfortable right out of the box and they look like cute black boots. My regular size of 39 is just fine. And Zappos is still the best!

 |  | I can't thank you enough! I have always had a difficult time finding comfortable shoes because I have a very narrow foot. I now have a medical foot issue that has progressed to the point of needing to replace nearly all of my shoes with relatively flat, well-made (translation: expensive) shoes to enable me just to walk without excessive pain. Needless to say, it is difficult to know immediately if a given shoe will both fit my narrow foot and not cause a great deal of pain after an hour of wear. Your free-return policy has been a true blessing to me. It is not easy to spend $170.00 on a pair of shoes that may hurt my feet after an hour and be unwearable if those shoes cannot be returned easily. The specialty shoe store in my area is great, but they offer a limited selection and any special orders can only be returned with a 15% restocking fee. Other online shoe stores require me to pay the return shipping fee and cannot begin to match the customer service that you provide. This can get costly and time consuming when one has the type of issues I have and needs to replace an entire wardrobe of shoes with well-built shoes. I have to say, even if I did not have foot issues, Zappos would be my shoe store for the selection and great customer service alone. Additionally, you offer such quick shipping, the best customer service I have found in as long as I can remember and great selection. I am incredibly happy that I was told about Zappos. You have simplified this part of my life, and believe me, with my foot pain, that is a very large part of my life. I have written other thank you notes to Zappos as well, but I wanted to send a special note of thanks for the quick shipping. I will continue to rave about Zappos to friends and family!
