I LOVE these shoes! They were a little tight across the top of my foot when I wore them the first few times but they stretched just enough to fit my foot perfectly. I've worn them in snow and yucky Indiana weather and they still look and feel great. They are my new favorite shoes!

These shoes are even better than I imagined. They are very comfortable and easy to wear with skirts or pants. I love the design and the combination of suede and leather. Very nice. This is the first time I've purchased NAOT and it won't be the last.

I got them for Christmas and by New Years the toe part that's coated with some shiny violet coating started to come off especially on my big toes. Maybe it rubs off but I only go grocery shopping and to work. I do not wear them on hikes or anything so I'd think that would last a little longer than a week. Maybe if there was a shoe polish of that color so that I could cover it up. On the other hand these are not cheap and should last a little longer.

These are comfortable out of the box. I ordered the toffee in a 42 and the violet in a 41. The 41 fit. I was happy that there is enough room in the toes but my heel didn't move. I typically order both a 41 and 42 in this brand because each style fits differently. The violet is subdued and pretty. I have 4 pairs of shoes in this brand and like all of them. I have long, narrow, low volume feet so Born, Dankso and Keen are all too wide, too much shoe.

These boots are the most comfortable things I ever put on my feet, and stylish? Pshhh, so cool. They're perfect with skinny jeans. Buy these boots.

First of all, I was looking for a nice looking black pant boot with a set of characteristics that are strangely hard to find: excellent arch support and/or removable insoles; weather-proof; low-heeled to permit walking long distances; roomy toe box to avoid blisters; and an appearance attractive and versatile enough to wear for casual, business, and slightly dressier occasions. I'd looked at the Naot Oyster many times online, and finally ordered it, fully expecting to have to send it back: I was worried that the silhouette would be too outdoorsy for versatility, that the designs on the sides might look too busy for understated outfits, or that it would fail the all-important arch support test. I'm a tough critic, and the price tag made me even tougher. Nevertheless, the Naot Oyster won me over in about two minutes flat. It is incredibly comfortable. These are by far the most comfortable boots I have ever owned, even more comfortable than my low-heeled Dansko boots, because the Danskos have such hard leather that I can get blisters if I walk a long way. In these Naots I feel I could walk 10 miles at a stretch on city streets and my feet would feel as great at the end as the beginning. The arch support is fantastic and the insoles are removable so orthotics can be used for additional support. The look of the boots is also satisfyingly versatile. The use of black suede makes them suitable for business and slightly dressier wear, and the designs on the sides, at least in the black version, add a touch of interest without undermining the effect of a pantsuit. I've worn them practically nonstop, and they are supremely comfortable, especially with socks, and so weatherproof that they still look that they just came right out of the box. I plan to take these boots on a trip to Asia this winter, and I am certain they will be perfect (and easy to get off and on when going through airport security). These boots cost a lot, but in my judgment they are worth every penny!

I love this boot in particular and Naots in general. The info online said this model tended to run narrow, but I did not find it to be the case. They look great, are very comfortable, and did not require breaking in. Aside from padding around the house in them, I wore them for the first time on an all day shopping trip. No problem.

I love these boots. They are super comfy and really cute. The only problem I have is that they are a little big on me and I ordered my regular size. I normally wear an 8-8 1/2 and got these in a 39, but they are a little big. I just wear thick socks because I love them so much, but be careful.

Such a comfy boot with plenty of room for the toes. I have gone straight from my summer Teva sandals into these, without any complaints from my otherwise hard to please feet. Wish Naot would make them in all leather!

Comfortable boots! These are incredibly comfortable boots. I wore them all day today and didn't want to take them off in the evening! I do wear them with my orthotics, so that makes a difference, but the insert that comes with the shoe also seems to be very comfortable. One important thing to note is that the shoe feels about a half size larger than marked. I wear a size 8 shoe and ordered the 38 and 39. The 38 was too small so I sent it back. I kept the 39, even though it is a little too big. I'll wear them with thick socks as the weather gets colder so it shouldn't be a problem.

Small, unpredictable fit. I tried a pair of these in size 10 at a local shoe store and they were big. So when I spied these Naot Oysters on sale, this weekend, to play it safe, I ordered 10. One foot is narrower than the other and they match my size 9s, which are too small. I'd definitely order way up next time. I am returning this pair. One foot is tiny, compared to the other, and they aren't as large as the 10s I tried on.

I love my Steel Leather/Black Suede Boots. They arrived in record time just as you promised. They feel and look great. Naot footwear is wonderful. I ordered the oyster style. I don't plan to take them off until bedtime. Thank you for my order. I find it frustrating ordering shoes, but with your return policy, what is there to fear? This boots are even cuter in person. The footbed is fantastic as well, sort of like the cushioning of a Dansko with the arch support & toe bar of a Birk. However, they are going back because my ankles are a little too thick to zip them without the help of some elastic goring. If you have the same issue, perhaps try the Chi style instead.

Excellent quality and style. I wear an 8 or an 8.5 in boots. I ordered the 8 based on other reviewer's comments and they fit, but I have to wear lightweight trouser socks (which is fine, but if you normally wear thick socks with boots, be aware). The Zappos photo makes them look wider than they actually are in person. The boots are quite comfortable with minimal break in time (took me a day and a half with some rubbing on my insteps, but they are great now). I adore the look and have gotten compliments already, having had them only a few days. Will be buying more of this brand in the future!

Naots are some of the best shoes I have ever owned. I bought my first two pairs several years ago, and they are worth every penny! I purchased these boots last month, and I can already feel that they are going to last a long time. I suggest ordering a size-up however if you have a wide foot, as the size I usually wear was a little snug. The foot bed is absolute heaven! My feet are always on the go, and you won't go wrong with this pair of boots. They are unique with the design, and if they are anything like my other two pairs of Naots, they will last for years. Zappos made purchasing these lovely boots easy and I can't say enough about the wonderful customer service. Even at three in the morning, they are always there!

LOVE THESE SHOES! I ordered two pair-brown and black and am ordering a third pair! VERY comfortable and stylish. Only problem I've had is with the brown pair I wore them so much the color started fading on the toes that I have to get redyed. Highly recommend. Really soft and comfy. The foot bed is so supportive. I walked all over New York in them and they were ideal. I was a little concerned as the company information mentioned that they were for narrower feet, however they fit perfectly and I have wide feet.

These boots have an amazing footbed. I've been needing a more supportive shoe, and these are pretty cute, too. Only thing is, with long pants, you cover the cute swirls on the side. I love that they come in green--mix things up a bit.

I have these shoes in black leather. These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. Aside from comfort, they are good looking, warm, and keep my feet dry. I don't have to wear socks with my nylons to keep my feet warm. These shoes are made from the softest and most beautiful leather, and even with salt associated with snow melting have not stained. I get compliments on these shoes from all age women, and I have received compliments from a couple of men. Although a little "pricey", I am about to order a second pair in another color.

It's been a year and they're still amazing -
I LOVE these shoes. They are cute and comfortable. I wear them ALL the time and can stand on them all day. They run big and so I had to buy a size smaller but they are still perfect. I've worn them out so much I need to figure out how to re-black the top front leather. They're my go-to shoe for style and comfort.

I just wanted to send a quick thank you to all of you for being such a wonderful company. I have ordered from you several times in the past and have always enjoyed your wide selection, fast shipping, and easy return policy. However, while these are great attributes of a company, they don't usually inspire me to write feedback emails raving about the company. About a week ago, I wanted to order a pair of shoes I'd had my eye on for quite some time. I shopped around but, as usual, Zappos.com had the best price (and free shipping!). However, when I tried to order, neither you nor any other website I visited had the shoes in my size. I called your customer service number to find out if they had been discontinued. In my experience, these sort of help lines rarely produce any sort of useful information, so I don't usually expect a whole lot from them. I called at around 5:30am Eastern Time, and was thrilled someone actually answered the phone that early in the morning! That would have been enough to make me a happy customer, however in true Zappos.com form, my experience exceeded expectations. Not only was the representative friendly and helpful, he took time to check your inventory and find out if the shoes had been discontinued. Then, he checked out other websites to find out if they had the shoes in my size! After several minutes of searching, he was able to find one website with one remaining pair in my size. However, at that point I was so impressed with Zappos.com that there was no chance of me ordering those shoes from any other website! So thank you to Zappos.com and that customer service representative, whoever he is, for such stellar customer service! Keep up the great work!
