I was very impressed with the rapid speed in which I received this order from Zappos. I have found the Naturalizer Drifter very comfortable, has nice cushioning and fits true to size. It is a more attractive than usual style for clogs/mules and the shaping is very flattering to the foot. The heel height is comfortable for walking yet looks fashionable with jeans and pants.

These Have a Three Inch Heel!
Gorgeous shoes! But I measured them and they're not a 2 1/2 inch heel - they're a FULL 3 Inches! The leather is rich & beautiful, the instep fits great (in a wide width), and the sole is flexible & cushy. Only problem is, I just cannot wear anything over a 2 1/2" heel anymore because of back problems, so these will have to go back. And I wish they'd make these in a 2" heel... that would be great!

Meanwhile, I want to compliment your company and your telephone staff. Whenever I have called Zappos I do not feel zapped or trained at the end of the conversation as with some other companies. Your telephone specialists are very knowledgeable and equally courteous to me.
