I have a bias for Ros Hommerson Shoes as they always fit my 10WW feet superbly. The Vermont didn't disappoint. Super soft leather in a clean look with a girly heel. The calf was a lot wider than I expected, but this is never a minus for boots. The best thing about Ros Hommerson shoes is that you can pop them on for the first time and wear them all day without a care in the world. Vermont even surpassed my expectations with a footbed that had more cushion than usual. They are going to be my winter staple!

I normally wear a 7WW, 7.5WW, or 8WW. This is a comfortable boot but at the top of the instep is pretty full. It needs to be just a little more fitted/tapered at the top of the ankle/instep area. Other than knowing the zipper goes on the inside of the calf, it\\\'s hard to tell by looking at the toe of the boot, which is left and which is right. I haven\\\'t decided if I\\\'m going to keep these or not. They are a great height at just below the knee.
