They are very comfortable! The width is perfect, but they run a half a size small. I'm a 6.5 so I ordered a 7. They are amazing and so hot!

I absolutely love these boots! The comfort is great, the size is accurate, there is enough room for wearing socks and above all else they look great! I got them in a size 13 W, in brown with the suede uppers and the only thing I can say is that the shoe is a little chunky. They look huge off of my feet, but with the right jeans they are amazing.

I have been looking for booties like this for years, but due to my wide feet, I could never find anything that fit! After discovering Ros Hammerson shoes, I finally have the gorgeous shoes and boots I've wanted for years. This is the 12th pair in my collection, and I absolutely love them! Great fit, comfort, style, and quality. What more could I want?

I like the look of the shoe, but the heel was just too high. Like most shoes, the larger the size, the taller the heel. For a size 12, the heel was about 3/4 of an inch higher than advertised.

These shoes are marvelous!! My feet are very wide, so it is hard to find a fashionable shoe that is reasonably comfortable. These go beyond reasonable comfort! THey look and feel great! I really like Ros Hommerson shoes. Also--the customer service is spectacular, making shopping with Zappos a pleasure.

I have very wide feet and I am always searching for cute, fashion forward shoes because they are so hard to find in WWs. These are the ticket! Please Zappos, keep 'em comin'. Everybody doesn't wear a M shoe and we want to look good, too! I gave it 4 stars for comfort since I wasn't used to such a high heel.

These boots are INCREDIBLE! I have very wide feet, and even finding wide shoes that fit is an exercise in frustration, and I\'m used to anything that looks good causing bleeding feet. But these are amazingly comfortable, and also WIDE! Hallelujah! I\'m buying them in other colors, and probably anything else by this brand. So much love and gratitude to the makers of this boot! Comfort and width in a high heel and pointy toe! (And they don\'t make my feet look big either! :)

 |  | You need a portal just for testimonials! I am an enthusiastic fan of Zappos! I live overseas but I have a home in USA. I shop the latest styles and fashions on Zappos.com in Denmark, ship them to my USA address and pay with my Danish bank card...no hassle. Your “competition” will not allow me to do that and they place the burden of identity verification on me. When I try to place an order from Denmark to ship to my house in USA they cancel my order. When I call in to determine why they do not use a more sophisticated method of credit card verification like “Verify by Visa” they tell me they cannot reinstate the order. I spend about 3K per month in shoes alone and I am more than happy buying them all from Zappos now. I shop Zappos exclusively now for the great customer service, ease of use, selection and confidence in knowing that the purchases I make will be honored in a way that provides service to the customer. I started with buying shoes, I am now looking at all the other wonderful things Zappos offers as a result of the service and value provided through this company!
