The shoes are very good looking. They're a lower kind of high top which looks better for style than the regular high top basketball shoes. Aside from the looks there is one big problem with these shoes. They squeak every time you take a step! It's really annoying, and I wish I could return them, but I've already worn them. Again, great style and looks, but walking in them is annoying because of the sound they make..

Great pair of shoes. Have the look/feel of the air Jordan IV retro. Love the low top look as much as the high top retro shoes. Size fits to measure. I wear a 10 and it fit great. We need more of these types of low type versions from the Air Jordan line.

Good looking shoe -
The shoe looks great and is fairly comfortable, even though they run a little big. The only complaint I would have is that the shoe develops creases on the toe/top after the first few steps.

I have never once had a bad experience with Zappos.com and have found even returning a product is pain-free. Many people find buying shoes online to be a process that is a hassle based on shipping costs and not getting a chance to see the shoe actually on their foot, but you have done a tremendous job not only making shipping easy, and FREE, but also providing a number of angles for a shoe online so it can best be represented without physically holding it. I have purchased numerous shoes, sandals and boots from Zappos over the years and have never once been disappointed. Most recently, I was upgraded to expedited shipping for free on my most recent purchase, which again pointed out why I love Zappos so much! My educational background is a degree in marketing as well as an MBA focused in strategic management, which makes me extra critical of things like customer service as well as other business functions. Zappos always comes up as my example of companies who are doing things right and charting their own path to success. I recommend your site to people all the time and hopefully they will experience the delight I have come to know as 'the norm' when dealing with Zappos. Thank you to everybody there for their hard work, dedication and emphasis on the customer. It is not going unrecognized and you have me hooked for life!
