I looove these shoes! The colour is amazing and the fit is perfect. I have been looking for a deep pink patent flat for a while. The little (but stable) heel keeps them from being too flat which is great.

These are super cute! The patent purple is a beautiful color. The heel height is perfect so it's not just flat flat. There is a little cushion. I'm not a fan of pointy shoes, but these don't have too much point (you don't have to get your broom!). Make sure you order a half or full size up! This is the reason I cannot be the owner of these pretty shoes. I wear a size 10 and my toes were up against the top and I couldn't walk comfortably in them. Thanks again to Zappos for wonderful service!

 |  | I just wanted you to know that Zappos.com "wowed" me recently. I have been looking to improve the customer experience in my company for years, but until recently haven't
taken the necessary steps to make it happen. In the last month I have contacted many well known customer service businesses to foster ideas on how to better care for our customers, and ZAPPOS.com has risen to the top for me. You not only sent me some of your 2008 Culture books, but you didn't charge me a cent, and I made sure that I presented this fact to the team at our daily morning huddle. I was also most impressed that Tony signed the book(s)!!! Wow. I want our company to be known as following ZAPPOS.com's lead, and be better at caring for the whole individual as we care for their health needs.
