Love these shoes! They are gorgeous. They make my legs look longer. They are semi-comfortable. The comfort level is not so bad that you can\'t wear them, but you probably won\'t be able to dance the night away in them.

I was so shocked as to how fast my shoes arrived! With me being all the way in the middle east, I was expecting my package to get here in about 2-3 weeks like it takes everything else. But I got my package in less than a week! I am very happy with my purchase and definitely plan to purchase from Zappos in the future, and will also recommend it to my friends! Thanks for the wonderful service!

I got these in red (size 7.5) and they fit true to size. I haven't worn them for an extended period of time, but overall they are actually pretty comfortable and easy to walk in considering the platform and high heel.

I bought the eggplant ones, and they are great! perfect balance between the platform and the heel. I am usually a size 9 and these fit well. I will put in an insert just for the extra comfort and add the little bit of extra tightness...overall HOT HOT shoe!!

Comfortably sexy! These pumps were so comfortable that I didn't even have to break them in. I wore them all day in downtown foot traffic without any discomfort. Felt true to size and I got a lot of compliments from both men and women. I'll probably end up buying as many colors as are available.

Great shoes!! I get so many compliments, even from people I don't know. Someone mentioned they ran small so I got an 8 when I normally wear a 7 1/2 and they are a little big, but nothing some insoles won't help. Very comfortable, I am in a play and I wear them on stage for hours. Definitively recommended shoes!

I purchased these in black and raspberry. I wore the black ones to a wedding. I had taken an extra pair of shoes since I always have to change them after a few hours. I wear a size 7, and my feet are on the wide side. However, to my surprise I wore these shoes from 8 pm - 2:30 am and I was dancing the whole time. I didn't even take them off when I got the car. Miracle! Very comfortable. From someone who always has foot problems.

Cut way too small -
These shoes are gorgeous - I was so excited when I pulled them out of the box, but I couldn't even get my tiny foot in them. I am normally a 6 and I can sometimes wear a 5 or 5.5 if the shoes are cut a little big. My foot couldn't even get fully into this shoe without breaking it - super small and narrow. I am returning them and will try a 7, but I think there may be something wrong with how they're cut. May be best for a short and super narrow foot.

 |  | Dear Zappos, Okay, help me understand something. I place an on-line order last evening at about 8:00. I screw up how to use my store credit and can’t figure out how to fix it. I resort to calling your toll free number to fix my stupid mistake and expect to be on hold for at least 20 minutes. Wow is all I can say! A real live person answers the phone in two rings after I debated with myself whether or not to press the option for joke of the day. He corrects my problem and even makes the decision to not charge my credit card for the less than $2 difference between my store credit and the amount due for the running shoes I ordered. On top of this, the shoes were sitting on my doorstep tonight after I came home from work. I even wore them for my evening workout. How dare you do this in less than 20 hours after my mistake! You just set the customer service pole vault bar at 37 feet in my book! Terrific, terrific service. Thank you very much! I now consider myself a customer for life. You all will have to work very hard to make me buy a pair of shoes from another company. I’m new to Zappos and you can bet I will be looking to Zappos for other purchases! Many thanks... my next order will be tomorrow evening so I can surprise my wife with a new pair of Berks she wants, but actually needs... it isn’t always good to want things!
