This boot came to me in 24 hours! It was gorgeous, well made, and felt so nice! Unfortunately I had to return it as the 5 1/2 was a half size too big (I am a 5 or 5 1/2 usually). It felt too roomy. A 5 was not available. I would have kept it otherwise!

 |  | I ordered some Globe Castros, but they were too big and so I needed to send them back. I was surprised at how customer friendly the instructions were and how quickly I was able to get my return label. Immediately after that I put another order except one size lower. Apparently I checked today and my item was put on priority with no extra cost. That is awesome customer service. Thanks Zappos team and continue providing this outstanding service! This is the first site I’ve encountered that does this. I will definitely be back and other some more shoes for the future. |  | ~ , September 28 2009
