These shoes were for my teen daughter. Once again, she selected Marc Ecko shoes. Each time we wonder how he's going to top his design, but he always does. Each new pair is even more interesting and creative than the last.

 |  | I have had the worst year of my life (hopefully, the future can't get worse) and you guys ALWAYS come through for me. I actually cried when your email said my order is coming SOONER. Zappos, it is the little things in life, such as customer service and being human that make you different - which is also why I always use you when I can. Thank you, thank you.
