Shoe Size: Felt a half size smaller than marked
Shoe Width: Felt true to width
Shoe Arch: Moderate arch support

Poor quality leather - These shoes are great in terms of comfort and looks. However, after about 4 days of wear I noticed that the leather was cracking and peeling in creases that were forming across the instep. I will be sending them back.

	Many thanks. You are an awesome outfit. I have ordered from Zappos in the past and never had customer service like this time. I've ordered 3 pairs of shoes within the past 24 hours and all have been upgraded and I shall receive them this week. You have improved your customer service 100% and I applaud you. I live in San Francisco and within a mile of a couple shoe stores. I will now do my shoe shopping with Zappos...much to my husband's chagrin! Your great service will be spread around to my friends.
