Uncomfortable stiff sneaker. Looked cute. I liked the color, but the shoe was very uncomfortable. Weird for a sneaker or sneaker-like shoe to be so stiff and uncomfortable, but it was. It also seemed to run a little narrow. I'm sending this back.

Sleek and comfortable, but no go. I've only had these shoes for a month, but the right shoe has just split down the top seam. Up until now, I was loving them. Great color, sleek look with jeans, and very comfortable. I haven't been wearing them for anything but walking and sitting, and they're my regular size, so I'm quite surprised and disappointed that they only lasted a month before coming apart. This was my first pair of Tsubos, and I guess I won't be buying them again. It's too bad, because I liked the look.

I turned to you for service because you have been so prompt and friendly with my previous orders. My latest order was somewhat urgent because I use a toaster oven for most of my hot meal preparations and my 10 year old machine suddenly burned out. I was willing to wait for a ground shipment of 3-4 days, but no, not only did you have the
item I needed in stock, but you e-mailed me that it will be priority shipped just because you like me as a customer! Jeez, make me feel special. Not only have I educated my friends and family how awesome you are, I just posted a notice on our company viewing board (7,500 employees) touting your services.
