Tsubo makes the most comfortable heels I\'ve ever worn. This is my second pair. They have excellent arch support and are comfortable right out of the box. They never slip and I can walk very naturally in them. I\'m so pleased to find a shoe that looks elegant and feminine and feels good to my feet too. The slate color is prettier in person and leans a little more toward gray than it appeared online. They run true to size. My foot is a little on the narrow side.

The first day I wore these shoes, I wore them all day. I didn't even take them off when I got home. I'm certain they will be my new favorite shoe. Unbelievably comfortable and cute.

These shoes just arrived today and I can't wait to wear them. I usually don't spend this much on shoes, but I don't think I'll regret it. They are cute and comfortable (true to size). They will go with pants or skirts, dressy or casual. I think they are very professional looking with just a touch of trendiness, which makes them perfect for work! This is my first Zappos purchase and I'm very pleased so far.

Unique style. Shoe felt one full size smaller (6.5) than indicated and had to return it and ordered the 7.5. Crossing my fingers that it fits. I ordered this shoe in black and slate. The slate is a wonderful neutral color.

 |  | Dear Zappos, I just wanted to send a quick note to tell you that I will be a loyal customer for as long as you exist! I have never once had a bad experience with Zappos.com and have found even returning a product is pain-free. Many people find buying shoes online to be a process that is a hassle based on shipping costs and not getting a chance to see the shoe actually on their foot, but you have done a tremendous job not only making shipping easy, and FREE, but also providing a number of angles for a shoe online so it can best be represented without physically holding it. I have purchased numerous shoes, sandals and boots from Zappos over the years and have never once been disappointed. Most recently, I was upgraded to expedited shipping for free on my most recent purchase, which again pointed out why I love Zappos so much! My educational background is a degree in marketing as well as an MBA focused in strategic management, which makes me extra critical of things like customer service as well as other business functions. Zappos always comes up as my example of companies who are doing things right and charting their own path to success. I recommend your site to people all the time and hopefully they will experience the delight I have come to know as 'the norm' when dealing with Zappos. Thank you to everybody there for their hard work, dedication and emphasis on the customer. It is not going unrecognized and you have me hooked for life!
