These shoes are great. I am a professional that was looking for a quality skate shoe that didn’t look like the Vans I wore in years past. The Dekline's fit the bill perfect! I have to go up on residential roofs for my job on a daily basis and these shoes are great. Be careful, they run almost a full size small. I have the Grey Monks and I will probably pick up another color soon.

 |  | Zappos Customer Service, You probably hear mostly from people with complaints. I wanted to take a moment to send some positive feedback. Every order I have placed with Zappos has been a good experience. Many times you upgrade the shipping on your own and I have the item overnight (as occurred with an order I placed yesterday - the item is out for delivery already!) I am in business and know that that is not something you have to do; so I just wanted to say thank you. It's little things like that that make a good service a great service.
