These boots are absolutely beautiful. After a couple of tries with different boots, I finally found the ones to keep. They are the perfect shaft height for a shorter person like me (5'4"); it's difficult to find. The higher shafts come up to my knee and aren't as flattering; the height for these is super-flattering. They are a higher heel, but so comfortable. I highly recommend these boots!

Zappos site is very easy to navigate. I have ordered by phone and direct from online site. When speaking directly with order department I have been very impressed with how polite and professional everyone on phone lines are. I ordered a couple pair of boots and returned what did not fit. Return process was fairly simple with print out return system, but I feel for those who are not computer savvy; it would be easier if a return label and return request were included in the box, where you could check off or circle what's coming back. Having free shipping both ways encourages you to place an order and to order more items. Brilliant of you. Too bad everyone else is not as smart as you. Guess that's why you are my first stop to shop! Thanks for the great service.

Love my new boots. Wore them yesterday for the first time. Comfortable all day (5 hours). I also received numerous compliments. Wear an 8 and bought an 8. They fit perfectly.

I have to confess that I had a very difficult time deciding whether to keep these boots. I loved the look of them online & out of the box, but had a hard time justifying the cost. When temperatures dropped last week I could no longer resist the temptation. On the boots went & I received four compliments during the first hour alone! Gorgeous, high quality suede, very comfortable & easy to walk in heel height and true size fit. I wore these for several hours and my feet felt great at the end of the day! Needless to say, I am thrilled that I made this investment. I've already recommended this brand to friends & family!

I just received the La Canadienne Mercedes in charcoal suede and I love them! The style is adorable, the fit (size 10 M-my regular size) is great and the color is pretty and neutral (goes with so many things in my closet), a nice alternative to black. And waterproof, too. Fantastic! I'm sold on La Canadienne and Zappos!

 |  | You need a portal just for testimonials! I am an enthusiastic fan of Zappos! I live overseas but I have a home in USA. I shop the latest styles and fashions on Zappos.com in Denmark, ship them to my USA address and pay with my Danish bank card...no hassle. Your “competition” will not allow me to do that and they place the burden of identity verification on me. When I try to place an order from Denmark to ship to my house in USA they cancel my order. When I call in to determine why they do not use a more sophisticated method of credit card verification like “Verify by Visa” they tell me they cannot reinstate the order. I spend about 3K per month in shoes alone and I am more than happy buying them all from Zappos now. I shop Zappos exclusively now for the great customer service, ease of use, selection and confidence in knowing that the purchases I make will be honored in a way that provides service to the customer. I started with buying shoes, I am now looking at all the other wonderful things Zappos offers as a result of the service and value provided through this company!
