I usually love Guess heels, super comfy, little curve to the front bottom platform that makes it easy to walk. Usually roomy. Maybe its the peep toe, and my big toe is kind of large, but I feel kind of squished. May try a half size larger. But they are the sweetest, yummiest shoes ever. The little slice of red showing, the texture (pony is a little more dark brown than black). Great with skirts, dresses, pants; even make capris look hot. I love them with all of my heart.

Hot! I bought the nude/black for a wedding, and they were a total hit! I actually purchased five different pairs of heels for this occasion, but once these came out of the box, I knew the others were going back. Definitely a well-made heel, and the hairy texture adds class to the funky look. They were comfortable for over two hours of dancing, and I got multiple compliments! I would highly recommend!

These shoes are awesome. They are really comfortable and look fantastic on your feet. Love the hair feel to them - makes them appear to be real animal skin. Only drawback I can see would be if the elastic on the back of the strap is to break (lot of pressure on it) but I guess if this happens I will just have to find a good cobbler to fix it.

When my pair of boots arrived in less than perfect condition, I had hoped to exchange them for a new pair. Unfortunately, you were out of stock. A wonderful representative offered tips on how to clean up the boots, offered to search other stores to see if they had the boots in stock, and even asked if I would like a refund before returning the boots! I decided to keep the boots for a few more days, as I was not interested in purchasing from another retailer. Luckily, Zappos received more boots in stock within the week. Another rep sent my order straight away and ensured that the new pair were in perfect condition. Best yet - they sent the new pair with overnight shipping!
