I love these shoes...very comfortable and great when you\'re on your feet a lot but still need to wear heels. I ordered a 1/2 size larger than my normal size and the fit is perfect.

	Many thanks. You are an awesome outfit. I have ordered from Zappos in the past and never had customer service like this time. I've ordered 3 pairs of shoes within the past 24 hours and all have been upgraded and I shall receive them this week. You have improved your customer service 100% and I applaud you. I live in San Francisco and within a mile of a couple shoe stores. I will now do my shoe shopping with Zappos...much to my husband's chagrin! Your great service will be spread around to my friends.
