WOW, WHAT great service and of course I LOVE, LOVE the shoes! I tried on the shoes here in Baltimore but was not certain they would work with my slacks and the store, Sassanova, has a no return policy. Weelll, that just does not work for me so I called my SAKS shoe guy and then my Nordstrom shoe guy and NADA, did not have the shoe. So I went online and voila, ZAPPOS. I called and I had the shoe the next day, and NO CHARGE for shipping and I didn't even ask for next day shipping. I am a believer, also great article in the New Yorker about ZAPPOS, they certainly do live up to their stated culture. I certainly will use ZAPPOS again.

Not only did my purchases arrive within a day, when I thought it would take four to five, the ease with which returns are possible (the larger tote made me look like an elf so I downsized) guarantee I will be shopping with you again! As I said in my original e-mail, I have only worn the boots several times, but I have had countless people ask where I got them and have directed them your way. Yesterday the lady that checked me out at a store could not stop talking about my bag and when I told her where and how I got it she asked for the website and I promptly wrote it down for her. Thank you again for your understanding regarding my purchase. I truly look forward to doing business with you in the future!
