Size upgrade. I normally wear an 11, and when I received them I thought they ran small and then ordered a 12 instead.

I've ordered 3 pairs of shoes within the past 24 hours and all have been upgraded and I shall receive them this week. You have improved your customer service 100% and I applaud you. I live in San Francisco and within a mile of a couple shoe stores. I will now do my shoe shopping with Zappos...much to my husband's chagrin! Your great service will be spread around to my friends.
