About the shoe: Just like the ones I wanted as a kid. My son loves them. Great quality and great styling. Runs about a 1/2 size larger than most other sneakers we have bought, but otherwise is a great shoe. About Zappos: Most service oriented and easy-to-work-with company I have dealt with in a long time. I'm a repeat customer and have never once been disappointed.

Kids love them so much they don't want to wear them!
First off, these are great shoes made exactly as I remember them in the late 70's (when I would save my paper-route money for a whole summer in order to buy a pair). I bought myself and my two boys matching Superstars and they were all true to size. Would buy these again in a heartbeat. Felt comfortable from the start.
