Disappointment -
They are very cute work shoes; however, I got them and they were very uncomfortable. Yes you do have to break them in but the part above your heel dug into my skin every time I wore them causing blisters and breaking of the skin. Also after just two weeks of wear they ripped on top.

Not what I expected.
I bought these shoes for work, as I am on my feet all day, and so far I don't like them that much. They look kind of cool, but I should have gotten something with more cushioning. By the end of the day the balls of my feet hurt. Also, the soles look like they have more grip than they do. The tongue on the left shoe digs into my ankle too, so that isn't too great, but oh well; I'll wear them out real good then get another kind of shoe. These are probably better for casual use not wearing all day. They do look pretty cool.

These shoes are very stylish!! I've been hooked on Converse for a while so I decided to try something new. I’m glad I chose these, I got the true white, and when I got them there was a little stain. It wasn’t anything major so I just cleaned it off. By my surprise the stain came off very easily and all I needed was a paper towel and some water :-). I have no complaints. Of course Zappos sent them within 24 hours. DESPITE WHAT ALL THE COMMENTS SAY GET YOUR TRUE SIZE!!!!! I didn’t know what size to get so I stuck with my true size and they fit perfectly. I love my new shoes!!!!!

I Agree With 7-14-05 Review...
If you have hammertoes, this shoe may be painful for hard walking. But it is a great shoe to resist rain, look cool, feel tall, and wear well under a flare leg especially. It does have a matte finish which scuffs easily. The laces tie and self-lock up well. Totally worth it.

My Favorite Shoe -
This boot style has been my repeat choice for several years, and they hold up to all the trouble I put them in to. They are comfortable and they look great.

So Sad!
I've wanted these shoes for a long while and found them for 39.99 at a shoe store (which I could never do before, I've looked everywhere!) I tried on a size 10 (my normal size) and found there is too much room between the top of my foot and the top of the shoe and not enough support in any area. I'd definitely be able to fit in a nice pair of inserts in, which I may still do and they'd be perfect. Unless you're completely flat-footed, these shoes won't feel too great.

Leather is matte, not as shiny as in photo, but the shoes are very comfortable & functional & look great with anything!

I love these shoes! I'm a bartender and am on my feet for nine hours and up a day. My feet never hurt when I wear these shoes. They're totally comfortable. I'm a Zappos fan for life. I always get my orders within two days, and haven't had a problem with a return. I recomend Zappos, and Sketchers to everyone!!

Practical Shoes -
I bought these for my daughter, who had a similar pair of Skechers for many years, but had worn out. Originally I ordered a 7, but they were a little short, and exchanged them for a 7 1/2. The new ones were fine, and she was very happy.

This shoe is very durable. The first pair lasted 5 years. My daughter has a hard time finding shoes that are large enough and look good. These are the only ones she wears!

Dark Brown is Almost Black -
Great shoes. I ordered the dark brown ones and it really is hard to tell them from black. So, if you order the dark brown ones, keep that in mind.
Overall I am really happy with these shoes. They are comfortable and stylish. Another great shoe from Skechers.

Sketchers for work -
This was bought as a gift for my daughter (Christmas). She has just gone through the soles of her 5th pair-and won't use any other shoe for work because of the comfort. She is 24 and works in retail and is on her feet all day. She says these are the best. Zappos sent my oder within a few days-I was happily surprised at how fast they came.

Glad to see an old friend back!
I purchased a pair of Skechers that look very similar to these about 6 years ago. I love mine! They are extremely comfortable, so I wear them a LOT. They still look great after constant wear, and after a new pair of shoe laces, they look like new! If the quality of this new model is anything like mine, I'd highly recommend them!

Overall this is a wonderful shoe. They were a little tight when I first started wearing them, especially around the toes. But it didn't take long for them to break in. I work very long hours on my feet and my feet were always killing me at the end of the day, but I don't have that problem with these shoes. They're a great buy and can withstand a lot of abuse. Ordering from Zappos was quick and easy. Will definitely order from them again.

I'm on my feet for 12-15 hours a day walking on concrete floors. These shoes have been great under very harsh conditions, they take a great deal of abuse and still look and feel good.

Decent quality shoe -
I used to skip even trying on Skechers because they were too heavy and hurt my knees. These shoes are comfortable and light. I originally ordered an 8.5 but but they were too small. The 9 is better, though a bit roomy in the toe. This shoe is good for a casual look and IS scuff resistant, though it does collect dirt and dust on the leather easy and must be cleaned often.

I love skechers, and these skechers are great, I wear them all day at work and they don't hurt at all. I love this shoe so much I have 2 pairs, 1 pair for work and the other for going out--I even wear them out at night clubs and I've them a workout on the dance floor...

 |  | I want to personally thank all of you for sending my shoes standard overnight, even though I opted for UPS ground shipping. I only had one pair of black oxfords and they became unglued after doing some yard work. I have black jeans and clothes to wear them with, and needed these shoes very badly. My sister was dismissed from her job two months ago and I have been paying all of the house bills and mortgage by myself, and did not have the extra money for an overnight shipment, so thank you for going 50 extra miles and doing that for me.
