Not true to width -
These shoes are nice but I have a wide foot with a high instep so they did not work for me. Even with the wide width my foot felt like it was wedged in, and there was definitely no room for any kind of sock. The size itself was ok but felt borderline small. That could just be because of the other problems I had with the width though. I will be returning these to get something else.
