These shoes are extremely comfortable. My job is very demanding in terms of walking a lot, but I still need to look decent/professional. These shoes allow me to walk a lot without getting sore feet yet they are very cute. I bought another pair in a different color, I liked them so much!

I absolutely love these shoes. I didn't know what nubuck was until they came; they are like a suede. I love the color; they are like a chocolate dark brown. They are everything and more than I thought they would be and so very comfortable.

Love these shoes. Very comfortable. The heel is a little plastic looking, but I love the rest of the appearance so it doesn't bother me. I wear them for long hours at once and have no problems.

Cute with jeans or business casual. Comfortable for a few hours, but sole is very hard to walk on for longer than a few hours if you're on your feet a lot.

Really cute and comfy, but larger than expected -
This is a great clog. It's light and very comfortable, yet really stylish. Perfect with jeans. Only problem was that the width and length were both larger than expected.

Nice shoe that looks great with jeans. Shoe is comfortable except for in the toe area. My foot slides forward when I walk causing pain in the toes. This is getting better though the more I wear the shoes. I believe this could be prevented by using an insert (that prevents the foot from sliding forward). This is the only reason I give the shoe 3 stars for comfort. I would still recommend this shoe. Cafe Nubuck is a nice color!

 |  | Dear Zappos, Okay, help me understand something. I place an on-line order last evening at about 8:00. I screw up how to use my store credit and can’t figure out how to fix it. I resort to calling your toll free number to fix my stupid mistake and expect to be on hold for at least 20 minutes. Wow is all I can say! A real live person answers the phone in two rings after I debated with myself whether or not to press the option for joke of the day. He corrects my problem and even makes the decision to not charge my credit card for the less than $2 difference between my store credit and the amount due for the running shoes I ordered. On top of this, the shoes were sitting on my doorstep tonight after I came home from work. I even wore them for my evening workout. How dare you do this in less than 20 hours after my mistake! You just set the customer service pole vault bar at 37 feet in my book! Terrific, terrific service. Thank you very much! I now consider myself a customer for life. You all will have to work very hard to make me buy a pair of shoes from another company. I’m new to Zappos and you can bet I will be looking to Zappos for other purchases! Many thanks... my next order will be tomorrow evening so I can surprise my wife with a new pair of Berks she wants, but actually needs... it isn’t always good to want things!
