I wear orthotics and these shoes were perfect for them. I test wore the shoes around the house and then packed them for a vacation in Italy, Greece and Turkey where I walked and walked and walked. Absolutely no discomfort. I need a shoe with a higher box and this fit the bill. This was the first time I\'ve bought a uni-sex shoe and am happy to say they worked for me. Can\'t discuss support due to the orthotics, but the removable insoles do not look to offer a lot of support. This was my first ever experience with New Balance.

These shoes have been great for me so far. The first thing I noticed is how exceptionally light they are. The fit is very snug. Most importantly to me, the shoes are very flexible. They move and roll with my feet rather than hindering my natural movement which is why I am now avoiding shoes with "support" that always seem to be too rigid. I have been using these as work shoes and providing that I don't ever drop anything heavy on my toes, I will continue to wear these shoes instead of work boots. They have been so comfortable and I am much happier at the end of the day. I should note (and I'm sure reviewers here also noticed) that the shade of blue is quite a bit brighter than pictured. I don't mind, though.

The shoes look really nice and can be worn with anything. The downside is that they are not as comfortable as the typical NB, but I have managed to live with that.

Shoes look even better in person. Use of diverse materials, smooth leather toe, heel and eyestay, high shine leather logo, mesh/reflective body, really sets this shoe apart. Only owed for a month and have already received numerous complements. Sleek retro styling. Low profile works excellent with jeans. Extremely comfortable and lightweight. Length felt slightly large compared to size 11 in other brands, but quickly cured with the use of an insole. Purchased both the black/yellow and navy/silver. Highly recommend this as a casual, everyday shoe.

I got these in grey/green - the color was lighter than the picture, but nothing to complain about. I was surprised by how lightweight and COMFORTABLE these were! My feet were hurting from previous shoes, but as soon as I pulled these on, I could actually walk again without pain. Miraculous! Excellent walking shoes. Plus, they make me a bit taller. \r\n\r\nThank you zappos for A+ speedy service!

These shoes are great. I was surprised at first as I was expecting a more solid shoe. They are a lot lighter, and seem bit narrower than my other NB, but they look and feel good. Definitely recommended.

Stylish pair of shoes -
I ordered the silver and blue pair of M410's and they look awesome. I was little thrown off about the material on the shoe. It has reflective material that really "blings" in the light. The shoe could have a bit better arch support, but as soon as you throw in insole in they are just dandy. Overall a great stylish shoe.

These shoes are great -
These shoes look sharp! I love them now, but when they arrived, the color didn’t match the pictures on Zappos. I orded the black/yellow ones, but they're actually neon green. No complaints really, the green looks great. The only thing I don’t care for is the narrowness of the heel. I wouldnt advise running in these, but they make great casual shoes.

This shoe is great. Lightweight, comfy, and a nice look. It fits like a glove, and it has a soft feel and good support without being ugly or bulky.
Better still was the really prompt and free shipping from Zappos. All my shoes are coming through Zappos from now on.

These are great shoes. Comfortable, light-weight, classic look. Wouldn't recommend actually running in them, but they're perfect for walking around town. My only complaint is that the outsole, while neat looking, offers dangerously little traction on a wet floor. I've slipped more than once in them. Other than that I love them. they're holding up surprisingly well.

I love these shoes; they are extremely comfortable and very stylish. My only concern is the material that they are made from. While being lightweight and attractive, I wonder how well it will hold up. All else aside, a great buy.

M410 surpasses expectations -
I purchased the M410 because it looks super cool and retro. It turned out to be one of the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. I haven’t worn any other pair of shoes since I bought them. I wear them to the office, hiking, and just about anywhere else. Their fabric material keeps them nice and dirt-free and they have an excellent grip on the bottom surface. A+ as far as I'm concerned.

Nice retro running shoe -
I have been pleased with my purchase. This is a good looking retro running shoe. I've only had them for a couple weeks and they've broken in nicely. They don't have much support, so I wouldn't consider them for long runs.

I loved the look of this shoe when I saw it (I got the blue/yellow), especially the minimal design and color scheme. But when I got it, I just didn't like the blue, I thought it was too pale or had a faded look. Either way I didn't think it would look good on me. I also didn't really like the material, which is synthetic suede and a light, foamy material, I just didn't like the feel. Other than that, it was comfortable and fit fine. It was a bit narrow for me but I'm used to wider running shoes. It was really light and felt like I was walking on air.

Not a bad shoe for the price - The shoe looks as it does in the picture, but in the light has a slight blue-ish tone instead of black. My feet are a little wide, so it feels a little snug, but I'm sure for most people it would run true to the size. Feels GREAT the first week or so but loses its new feeling real fast.

Give 'em a break -
Look great, but had a glue "lump" under the not-so-soft insole right between my heel and the arch. After a short break in period and a new insole the rubber has loosened up and they feel pretty good.

Love it -
This was the second thing I ordered from Zappos, I ordered it at 7:45pm and once again was amazed that I had my order the next day, I don't even know how it's possible, and best of all it was with the free shipping. These shoes are great, light weight, great looking and super comfortable. I don't know why I’d go anywhere else, Zappos is the best!
