These are awesome race day shoes. I'm on my 3rd pair and have worn them for races from 10k to marathons. Very light but still very supportive. Not too much of a weight penalty over a pure race flat, and your feet will thank you at the end of a long race. They are a race/speed work shoe, though. If you were to use them for everyday training, they would wear out pretty quick.
