My son loves them!
These are my son's first harder-soled shoes. I was worried he would have a hard time transitioning from soft soles, but he loved these shoes the moment I put them on him. Last night he even wanted to wear his shoes with his jammies before bed. My complaints are fairly minor. First, he can get them off pretty easily. We were out for breakfast yesterday and while he sat in the booth, off came the shoes, more than once. Second, I purchased the moss/navy/green and I think because the toe of the shoe is darker than the rest it kind of looks like a clown shoe. A couple of my girlfriends agreed with me, but felt they were adorable nonetheless. All-in-all, this is a great shoe: sturdy, easy to put on, seem comfortable, cute. I would definitely purchase these shoes again.

These shoes are super cute and easy to get on/off, though my son cannot take them off on his own. Very sturdy, good for new walkers who can no longer get away with robeez soft-bottom shoes (water, etc.).

 |  | Dear Zappos, I just wanted to send a quick note to tell you that I will be a loyal customer for as long as you exist! I have never once had a bad experience with Zappos.com and have found even returning a product is pain-free. Many people find buying shoes online to be a process that is a hassle based on shipping costs and not getting a chance to see the shoe actually on their foot, but you have done a tremendous job not only making shipping easy, and FREE, but also providing a number of angles for a shoe online so it can best be represented without physically holding it. I have purchased numerous shoes, sandals and boots from Zappos over the years and have never once been disappointed. Most recently, I was upgraded to expedited shipping for free on my most recent purchase, which again pointed out why I love Zappos so much! My educational background is a degree in marketing as well as an MBA focused in strategic management, which makes me extra critical of things like customer service as well as other business functions. Zappos always comes up as my example of companies who are doing things right and charting their own path to success. I recommend your site to people all the time and hopefully they will experience the delight I have come to know as 'the norm' when dealing with Zappos. Thank you to everybody there for their hard work, dedication and emphasis on the customer. It is not going unrecognized and you have me hooked for life!
