This was my first purchase from Zappos. I found Zappos to be one of the best companies to buy from on the internet. The first pair of shoes didn\'t fit and I returned them. Zappos shipped another pair before they received my return. The entire exchange process took less than 4 days. It also goes without saying the Cole Haan shoes are great.

From my POV, Cole Haan has one of the best designed casual/business loafer in the Pinch Air Tassel. I have two pair; burgundy and black. I usually wear a 10-1/2 medium, but in this shoe I take an 11 medium. The Nike Air sole/heel makes for very comfortable walking. Goes equally well with a suit, or with a sport shirt and pair of slacks. Sadly, this model comes with a very nice looking finish on the sole, but after outdoor walking, the color (a rich brown) rubs off to a dull sanded look. Cole Haan could figure out a way, given the price of the shoe, to make the soles appearance a bit more durable. Oddly, the burgundy pair was just slightly more comfortable across the arch than the black pair. Same style and size; can't figure why.

My husband has a hard time with shoes fitting correctly. These were perfect! They are comfortable and fashionable! A perfect 10!

 |  | I can't thank you enough! I have always had a difficult time finding comfortable shoes because I have a very narrow foot. I now have a medical foot issue that has progressed to the point of needing to replace nearly all of my shoes with relatively flat, well-made (translation: expensive) shoes to enable me just to walk without excessive pain. Needless to say, it is difficult to know immediately if a given shoe will both fit my narrow foot and not cause a great deal of pain after an hour of wear. Your free-return policy has been a true blessing to me. It is not easy to spend $170.00 on a pair of shoes that may hurt my feet after an hour and be unwearable if those shoes cannot be returned easily. The specialty shoe store in my area is great, but they offer a limited selection and any special orders can only be returned with a 15% restocking fee. Other online shoe stores require me to pay the return shipping fee and cannot begin to match the customer service that you provide. This can get costly and time consuming when one has the type of issues I have and needs to replace an entire wardrobe of shoes with well-built shoes. I have to say, even if I did not have foot issues, Zappos would be my shoe store for the selection and great customer service alone. Additionally, you offer such quick shipping, the best customer service I have found in as long as I can remember and great selection. I am incredibly happy that I was told about Zappos. You have simplified this part of my life, and believe me, with my foot pain, that is a very large part of my life. I have written other thank you notes to Zappos as well, but I wanted to send a special note of thanks for the quick shipping. I will continue to rave about Zappos to friends and family!
