These shoes are super cute, but not super comfortable. My feet are small and narrow so shoes don't always fit properly, especially in heels or sandals they tend to flip out the back as I walk. I had to add the heel insert to stop from flipping out of them as I walk, and to make them more comfortable I added those Dr. Scholl's massaging gel inserts. These shoes are so cute they are worth the adding the extras!

I just got these. They are even cuter in person. And I agree with the other ladies. The heel does slide a little, but I will be picking up some heel inserts tomorrow. Very cute. Very comfortable. I might be picking up another color.

So, I had the same problem as others. The shoe flops when I walk, but simple solution as the other reviewer stated...get a heel insert. Don't let the heel-flopping discourage you from buying this shoe. It is VERY cute, very versatile, and very comfortable (despite the flopping), but heel inserts always do the trick. This is my second time wearing these and I love them...I'm going to get heel inserts right after work today!

Very, very cute and I get asked what brand they are all the time since people love them so much. Goes great with jeans, crops, dresses. It’s a little big in the heel for me, which is my only concern so I had to put a heel insert in so they wouldn’t flop off, but I still like them; I got them in all three colors.

These seemed to run slightly large; I ordered my standard size, but they were a bit long, and the heel fell off every time I took a step. The toe box also felt too narrow, although I don't have particularly wide feet. Also, the edging is a fairly hard plastic, which I found dug into the sides of my feet when I walked. It's a shame, because they're even cuter than the photo suggests. If the fabric and edging had been softer, I'd have tried them in a different size.

I love these shoes. My feet are pretty wide and I have bunions, that’s why it’s hard for me to find comfortable high heel shoes, but these are so comfy. Super buy. Recommend strongly.

 |  | Dear Zappos, Okay, help me understand something. I place an on-line order last evening at about 8:00. I screw up how to use my store credit and can’t figure out how to fix it. I resort to calling your toll free number to fix my stupid mistake and expect to be on hold for at least 20 minutes. Wow is all I can say! A real live person answers the phone in two rings after I debated with myself whether or not to press the option for joke of the day. He corrects my problem and even makes the decision to not charge my credit card for the less than $2 difference between my store credit and the amount due for the running shoes I ordered. On top of this, the shoes were sitting on my doorstep tonight after I came home from work. I even wore them for my evening workout. How dare you do this in less than 20 hours after my mistake! You just set the customer service pole vault bar at 37 feet in my book! Terrific, terrific service. Thank you very much! I now consider myself a customer for life. You all will have to work very hard to make me buy a pair of shoes from another company. I’m new to Zappos and you can bet I will be looking to Zappos for other purchases! Many thanks... my next order will be tomorrow evening so I can surprise my wife with a new pair of Berks she wants, but actually needs... it isn’t always good to want things!
