I bought these for my husband and he loves them. He said they are very comfortable and are true to size. They look very nice on his feet too, they look expensive.

 |  | After placing an order online, I realized that I didn't log into the site with the VIP, but with the regular Zappos.com. I immediately called your 24/7 hot line, and had one of the best customer service agents ever! Not only was she helpful in changing the shipping immediately, I also asked her to help me find similar boots in a different color, and she really tried her best to do so. I want to thank her once again for her kindness, support, and help! It is easy and fast to complain, and very rare to get a compliment! This is definitely a compliment for an excellent rep!
