Super comfortable and stylish, they look good with jeans or shorts. Not clunky-looking at all. The adjustable instep strap is great for women like me with a narrow foot. They fit true to size.

Love these "Loveds" -
I really like the shoe. And I LOVE the Zappos service. That said, I have one (small) criticism. It is not aimed at Zappos, but I would suggest you make a note somewhere on Sketchers description. Sketchers always come up a bit small. For instance, I am a size 5 (one of the reasons I like Zappos so much is that it is easy to find 5s and you have a good selection). However, in Sketchers, I take a 5.5 and in some styles, a 6. This is the same whether I buy Sketchers on Zappos or in a store, but perhaps a note on future descriptions of Sketchers that a half size bigger than your normal choice is a good idea. Thanks Zappos for terrific service!

 |  | I can't thank you enough! I have always had a difficult time finding comfortable shoes because I have a very narrow foot. I now have a medical foot issue that has progressed to the point of needing to replace nearly all of my shoes with relatively flat, well-made (translation: expensive) shoes to enable me just to walk without excessive pain. Needless to say, it is difficult to know immediately if a given shoe will both fit my narrow foot and not cause a great deal of pain after an hour of wear. Your free-return policy has been a true blessing to me. It is not easy to spend $170.00 on a pair of shoes that may hurt my feet after an hour and be unwearable if those shoes cannot be returned easily. The specialty shoe store in my area is great, but they offer a limited selection and any special orders can only be returned with a 15% restocking fee. Other online shoe stores require me to pay the return shipping fee and cannot begin to match the customer service that you provide. This can get costly and time consuming when one has the type of issues I have and needs to replace an entire wardrobe of shoes with well-built shoes. I have to say, even if I did not have foot issues, Zappos would be my shoe store for the selection and great customer service alone. Additionally, you offer such quick shipping, the best customer service I have found in as long as I can remember and great selection. I am incredibly happy that I was told about Zappos. You have simplified this part of my life, and believe me, with my foot pain, that is a very large part of my life. I have written other thank you notes to Zappos as well, but I wanted to send a special note of thanks for the quick shipping. I will continue to rave about Zappos to friends and family!
