This is an absolutely beautiful shoe; we ordered it in the brown color. My daughter has wide feet and the "w" was comfortable in the width. Unfortunately, however, the back of the shoe comes up a little high and my daughter complained that it cut into the area right above her heel. Accordingly, she has been hesitant to wear the shoe.

We got these shoes for my daughter, as she was going to be a flower girl. We went to the store first, thought the design was lovely, but they did not have it in her size. We ordered the shoes from Zappos that evening and it arrived in 2 days! The shoes were super comfortable and really cute and my daughter wore them for 8 hours straight without complaints. Really good shoes, really wonderful service!

 |  | Every time I order from Zappos it's a sure thing. I never have to wonder if they'll get the order right or when I'll receive it. The customer service is the best of any company I've ever worked with. The entire process is painless. If for any reason the order doesn't work out, Zappos is amazing about returns/exchanges, they pay for shipping and their response is fast and accurate. As a mother of 5, accuracy and expediency are vital. Zappos is my silver bullet and I no longer have to even leave the house to take my kids shopping for shoes.
