Cute but ok in comfort -
I purchased these for my daughter as she needed a sandal with a strap on them. They look adorable on her, but she says they are just "ok" in comfort. She still wants to keep them.

A little loose -
My daughter has long, bony feet and all the straps, particularly the T-strap, are loose. Her foot kind of swims in them. But they are pretty!

I've dealt with several via phone doing some shoe shopping, and they're always, always, always cheerful and they personalize the conversation. Your staff seems to enjoy their work and makes shopping online/exchanging via phone a breeze. The VIP overnight shipping is great too, but I could do without that as long as your staff continued their positive, personal service to customers.
