Most comfortable flat I own. I love these flats! I own several pairs of flats and none are as comfy as these. I don't have a narrow foot, in fact, my feet tend to swell toward the end of the day and these shoes were perfect! I wore these all day and I didn't even want to take them off to change into slippers. I originally ordered a 7.5 and they were too big so I stuck with my usual size 7s. These run true to size. Again, my feet are not narrow and these were perfect for my wider foot. I usually don't buy wide. I may sometimes go up 1/2 size, but with these I stuck with my size 7.

Cute, but ouch! Great driving shoe, but stay in the car and let your passenger run the errands. Painfully narrow through the ball of the foot. Had to smirk when I saw Oprah feature this shoe on her show. Requires an extremely narrow foot.

 |  | Didn’t know where to send a note to the full staff so I’m putting it here. I haven’t shopped Zappos for a few years (how many Birkies can one gal wear at a time)! I’ve hunted and hunted for boots. Not much call for tall boots in the Phoenix area, but the styles changed this year so I wanted to get with it. I hate going to stores so I tried the internet, thought I found gold, but ended up returning because they were too loose or too tall or too short. The light bulb went off and I came back to Zappos and they had calf and height measurements listed - what a brilliant idea!!! I found black suede and grey leather and I had them at my front door a day later! How much better could it get: both pairs fit!!! Please post this for all employees so they can know their efforts are very much appreciated... you all could teach the rest of the corporate world how it should be done.
