The shoes are soft and elegant. My 4-year old granddaughter likes to wear them. However, they run half size longer. My granddaughter wears regular size 9, which I ordered. I exchanged the shoes for 8 1/2 wide and they fit better. The item arrived in 2 days. I can recommend Zappos. They are reliable.

Shoe Size: Felt a half size larger than marked
Fit big. While the design is cute, they definitely fit big. I would say at least a half to one full size larger than marked. We need them for a wedding this week so we're going to keep them anyway.

Great shoe; the wide is perfect for a comfy fit. My daughter danced all night in these in a wedding. They look fantastic.

 |  | Most of the time people just email to complain. This is just the opposite. I'm totally thrilled with my purchase, as I have been in the past just buying shoes. This is going to be the best Christmas ever for my mom. I was a wee bit unsure about ordering some clothing online for her since she is so incredibly fussy, but this item is perfect!
