As always, Zappos delivery and service are impeccable. And these shoes delighted my six-year-old. The heel is very slight, thanks to the platform footbed, so no risk of turned ankles, but she feels sophisticated and grown-up in them. Fit true to size, and remarkably long-wearing, all things considered! Would recommend.

Really cute--heel not too high -
I was a little hesitant to buy these for my nearly 8 year old because the heel looked a little high in the photo. But they're really not much higher than sneakers nowadays. My daughter loves them. They are very cute and comfortable. Perfect with sundresses and with jeans for spring.

 |  | Wow. Now THAT'S service. My husband has used your shoes for the past few years, since he found this particular Nike brand that worked well. He's retiring on the 30th after 32 years with UPS (never took a sick day, never missed work, and never had an accident or injury. He was last year's Utah Driver of the Year) and I told him he just HAD to get some new shoes for the occasion. They'll honor him for a few minutes before everyone takes off for the work day, so we were worried if they'd get here in time. He's told lots of UPS'ers about his shoes, and your site.
